Founder Productivity

We built the console we wanted while running eight brands at once.

Daily execution, OKRs and roadmap, an AI sales module, marketing, customer success, and investor relations in one multi-tenant workspace. It opens with an AI daily briefing: the decisions, approvals, conversations, risks, and events waiting on the founder today.

// The thesis

Why we own Founder Productivity.

// Why now

Founders below thirty people are running the company across five disconnected tools and a notes app, and nothing tells them what actually needs them today. Language models finally made a real briefing possible: not a feed, but a short list of decisions computed from the founder's own tasks, meetings, deals, investors, and calendar. That is the product we wanted for ourselves, so we built it.

// Market

Solo founders through roughly thirty-person teams: the stage where the company is too complex for a notes app but too small to run and administer five separate SaaS tools. Seed through Series A, across software, services, and AI-native startups.

// Moat

The briefing gets better the more of the founder's operating surface lives in one workspace. Tasks, meetings, OKRs, deals, feedback, campaigns, and investor updates in a single graph is what makes the AI's daily priorities credible, and it is exactly what a point tool cannot reconstruct from the outside.

// The product

What it does.

  • AI daily briefing: decisions, approvals, conversations, customer risks, opportunities, and today's events, computed from live records and clickable down to the item.

  • Execution layer: dashboard, tasks, projects, and meetings, with AI extracting summaries, decisions, and dated action items from raw meeting notes.

  • Product strategy: OKRs, roadmap, and clustered customer feedback themes, plus release notes drafted from shipped work.

  • Revenue: an AI sales module that scores deal and account health with reasons and a next best action, generates follow-up tasks, flags stages past SLA, and forecasts the quarter, alongside marketing and customer success.

  • Fundraising: investor CRM, data room, and investor updates drafted from the metrics already in the workspace.

// What we've learned

Lessons from operating Founder Productivity.

01

The founder's job is decisions, not tasks.

Our first build looked like a project tool and it flattened out fast. The version people keep open every day starts from what needs a decision this morning, with tasks as one layer underneath rather than the whole product.

02

A briefing is only as good as the records behind it.

Generic AI summaries are noise. Every count in the briefing is computed from the founder's real tasks, meetings, deals, investors, feedback, and calendar, which is why the surrounding modules had to ship before the briefing was worth opening.

03

Give away the habit, charge for the leverage.

The daily briefing is free on every plan because it creates the daily habit. The AI revenue work, deal scoring, SLA flags, drafted outreach, and forecasting, is what teams upgrade for once the habit exists.
